Psychic Phriday: Blogroll Edition

I’m a little blocked today, maybe I’m just too full of the holiday spirit, or the cold virus, to write a scathing critique of nonsense. So I’m going to take the lazy-for-me-useful-for-you route of listing a whole bunch of links to my favorite sites, blogs and podcasts that deal with the paranormal and skepticism. Enjoy and Happy Festivus! or Darwin Day if that’s what you’re into.

Here’s Some of the Skeptical Podcasts I listen to on a regular basis. What’s Podcasting? Click here to find out.

The Skeptic’s Guide to the Universe

Point of Inquiry

The Infidel Guy

Logically Critical

If that’s not enough content from you, how about some skeptical and critical thinking blogs from actual scientists and skeptics?

See, skepticism doesn’t have do be boring, smart is sexy!

Anyways, that’s just a short list to get you started. Do me (and yourself) a favor and check out at least one podcast and at least one website over your holiday break. If you like what they’re saying, give them some support. Leave a comment, digg them or just spread the word. The more we can talk openly about these issues, the more we’ll have a chance to sort through the noise and get to the truth.

One last request, if you haven’t yet read it, check out this article. I think it’s a great attempt to establish some common ground in a time when everyone seems more interested in trying to pick a fight.

So, keep an open mind and no matter what, have a safe and Merry Christmas!
